Workshop Controller

An opportunity has arisen in our Heathrow depot for a Workshop Controller.

The key responsibilities will focus on the overall management of the workshop to facilitate the achievement of both company financial performance and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets.

Specific areas of responsibility will include the following: workshop efficiency, quality of work, standard time development, staff management and development, team building, communication, performance management and reporting, cost control, training, health and safety, environmental compliance and adherence to corporate financial controls, policies and procedures.

The successful applicant would have a positive demeanour, work well as a member of a successful team, have NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification, or have a minimum of ten years experience.
