These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entrants must scan the QR code featured in Issue 10 of DAF InGear leaflet or visit www.dafdealernetwork.co.uk/about-us/daf-ingear/ and enter the unique code on the back page of their DAF InGear leaflet. If an entrant receives a leaflet through the post, their details will be automatically populated online when entering.
If an entrant receives their DAF InGear leaflet from a DAF Dealer, they must scan the QR code or visit www.dafdealernetwork.co.uk/about-us/daf-ingear/, enter their name, email address, telephone number, business address and unique code on the back page of their DAF InGear leaflet at then select their DAF Dealer.
Winners will be notified instantly if they have won and what prize they have won.
Each promotional code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once may result in disqualification and all such entries will be declared void.
Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. If an entrant participates via a DAF InGear leaflet received through the post, any prize awarded is exclusive to the person named on the back page of the leaflet.
Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

For the avoidance of doubt, prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize, or part of a prize, of equal or greater value. Each prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Winners will be selected at random via online instant win using a computer algorithm. Winners will be notified instantly online with details of what prize they have won and will also receive a confirmation email via the email address provided on entry. Although all prizes are available to be won, there is no guarantee all prizes will be won. If a winner has won previously, their prize will be reallocated to the prize pool. There are 13,500 promotional leaflets available during the promotional period.
Winning entrants will be required to contact their DAF Dealer Parts Department using the telephone number on the back page of DAF InGear 10 (that features the promotional code) within 14 days of receipt of winner notification email to arrange fulfilment of their prize and must retain the leaflet with the winning code to present to the DAF Dealer. If a winner does not contact their DAF Dealer within 14 days, they reject the prize or are ineligible, their prize will be forfeit and will be returned to the prize pool if during the promotional period. County of residence will be requested from winners of DAF 3-layer Driver’s Jackets and DAF Softshell Jackets for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received.
Prizes will either be delivered by the DAF Dealer to the business address previously provided by a winner or must be collected from the DAF Dealer by the winner. Delivery or collection will be each DAF Dealers discretion.
Delivery of any prize won will be within 28 days of the winner contacting their DAF Dealer to confirm their prize and the completion of any verification process via courier.

The Promoter, DAF Trucks and DAF Dealers reserve the right to void any unclaimed collection prizes after 28 days at their discretion which will result in the prize being forfeit by the winner.
The Promoter will make available a list of jacket winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting dafinstantwin24@apknowhow.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing dafinstantwin24@apknowhow.com. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of address and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
Any tax liability arising from receipt of a prize will be the responsibility of the recipient.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes and/or the use of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter will pass such information to DAF Trucks, solely for the purposes of administering the prizes. DAF Trucks will pass such information to the relevant DAF Dealer, solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment.
