Hours of work: 9:30 - 14:30 [25 hours/Part time]
Monday to Friday

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing of retail and internal invoicing

• Invoice and claim query resolution

• Issuing manual and electronic credit notes

• Warranty ledgers

• Contacting customers for order numbers

• Processing Invoices on the Imscan system

• Processing DAF warranty.

• Filing and other general administrative duties as required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Must have a positive attitude and a flexible approach to work.

• Must be able to work as part of a team.

• Competent IT skills are required and the relevant training will be given.
