Parts Administrator – Loanhead & Bathgate

Join the busy Parts Team at our award-winning DAF Dealership in Loanhead and Bathgate. As a Parts Administrator, you will be the backbone of the department, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled with precision and efficiency.

Key tasks include:

  • Manage computerised stock via the Keyloop (Kerridge) system.
  • Process electronic and manual supplier invoices and related documentation.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department.

We are looking for:

  • Previous administration experience in a similar environment is preferred (ideally within automotive or truck dealership parts, sales or service).
  • Proficient IT skills and the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • A self-motivated, reliable person who thrives both independently and as parts of a team.
  • A conscientious approach to following company and manufacturer procedures.
