To help support our customers with all of their parts requirements we are also parts suppliers for All make trucks, consumables, lubricants and trailer parts which we supply under our TRP brand and All makes light commercial vehicle suppliers under our Multipart brand. This extensive range of parts means we can support the local independent business’s as well as the large fleet business in the southern region.

We have a comprehensive stock holding exceeding £1.7M strategically placed at all of our 8 sites, which allows us to supply the vast majority of our parts to the customer on the same day using our extensive multidrop parts delivery service.

We also have access to the DAF, TRP, Fiat & Multipart stocking distribution centres in the UK & Europe so we can access additional stock and VOR parts within 24 to 48 hrs

The role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced parts advisor to be based at the BCP (Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole council) servicing the BCP workshop.

Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm

Ideally, we are looking for someone that has:

• Previous experience with truck vehicle parts is highly desirable, other commercial parts experience is essential.
• Is able to provide excellent customer service at all times
• Is able to build relationships with clients
• Is highly organised
• Is able to work as part of a team although this role does mean you are working on your own.
• Customer focused
