Administrator / Receptionist

Adams Morey Ltd are looking for a skilled Administrator to join their Truck Service department at the Redbridge dealership. This is a full-time, permanent role Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
This role will provide administrative support to the department by:
- Taking bookings from customers over the phone and by email
- Be the face of Adams Morey for on site customers
- Creating and sending invoices
- Sending quotes to customers
- Chasing order numbers
- Data entry
- Provide customer support as necessary
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Be computer literate
- Previous experience in the Automotive industry is advantageous but not essential
