Adams Morey Ltd are looking for a skilled Administrator to join their Truck Service department at the Redbridge dealership.  This is a full-time, permanent role Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.


This role will provide administrative support to the department by:

  • Taking bookings from customers over the phone and by email
  • Be the face of Adams Morey for on site customers
  • Creating and sending invoices
  • Sending quotes to customers
  • Chasing order numbers
  • Data entry
  • Provide customer support as necessary


To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships with customers
  • Be computer literate
  • Previous experience in the Automotive industry is advantageous but not essential
