Parts Advisor - Roche

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a dedicated and proactive Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team at our Roche site.

This is a fantastic chance to become part of a growing business where your skills and enthusiasm will be valued and supported.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.00 am to 5.00 pm, Saturday mornings required on a rota basis, paid at time & a half, i.e. 45 hours per week, 1 hour lunch (unpaid).

Salary: Dependent on experience (will be discussed at interview stage).

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent service to our technicians in our internal Workshop to support with their KPI’s
  • Identify parts on computer-based systems
  • Purchase parts at best price.
  • Dealing with all returned parts, including Warranty
  • Receipting parts.
  • Parts Cross referencing.
  • Back Order reporting to the Workshop
  • Back-order chasing with Suppliers
  • Processing credits.
  • Checking off stock and accurately put away in correct bin locations when required
  • Pick Orders when required.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via email, telephone, walk-ins etc – when required

Ideally, we are looking for:

  • Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • A friendly, can-do attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Some working knowledge of the motor vehicle sector or automotive trade.
  • Experience working to performance targets.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge or Keyloop would be an advantage.
