Workshop Controller – Loanhead

We have an excellent opportunity for a Workshop Controller to lead a fast-paced and busy DAF workshop based in Loanhead.

This is a primarily office-based role requiring strong organisational skills. You will be responsible for the efficient allocation of work to Technicians across the department, ensuring productivity targets and KPIs are met, and overseeing the smooth flow of job cards through to the administration team.

You will lead a skilled team of Technicians — from Master Technicians to Apprentices — across three shifts, and report directly to the Service Manager.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar workshop control or supervisory role
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
