We are recruiting for an experienced truck driver to work as a driver and a general operative in DAF Distributors HQ in Baldonnell Dublin in our Commercial Vehicle HGV Sales Department, reporting to the Sales Manager.

DAF Trucks is a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer in Europe and in Ireland and we  import, sell and provide full aftersales services for DAF in Ireland.  

Your duties will include:

• Moving, delivering and collecting trucks from body builders and customers.
• Prioritising units for registration and workshop.
• Maintaining the compound for access to trucks.
• Liaising with workshop, loading and unloading

Requirements

• Experience driving rigid and articulated trucks for a living
• Current driving licence for driving in Ireland
• Current HGV, Rigid Licence. Bus licence would be an advantage
• CPC Certificate – current or recently lapsed
• Knowledge and experience of Road Safety and Health and Safety Procedures
